Can't access Google Play or Appstore after installing SEP Mobile

Issue/Introduction

The Google Play and Apple Appstore are blocked after installing SEP Mobile with WSSA integration.

Environment

SEP Mobile integrated with Web Security Service. SSL interception/HTTPS inspection Enabled.

Cause

Apple and Google reject all connections where SSL inspection/HTTPS Interception is detected.

Resolution

Add the Google Play and Appstore sites to the WSSA bypass list.

To add to the bypass list: Add or review sites to the bypass list in Web Security Service
