Favorites (under My Spectrum) don't render - just blue blanks with now attributes show

Issue/Introduction

We used MGW import from 10.2 into 10.4.3 - some Favorites models did not complete or render properly and now only show as blue "boxes' in OneClick. We tried restarting Tomcat, the SS database as well as reloading the SS database but the issue remains. How do we clear this? 

Environment

Release : 10.4

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

This is likely a one-off issue. It could not be reproduced in the lab. 

Favorites are stored per the User's Preferences.

Resolution

Clear the UserPreferences Attribute to clear Favorites. 

NOTE: If there are other saved Preferences for this User, you may want to take note of those which will also get cleared, so you can change them back to your User Preferences. The non-Favorite preferences are found at User tab > Find the Username > Right-click > Set Preferences. Make note of any Preferences which may get cleared and need to revert back. 

 

CLEAR:

Use Locator to find the User model: 

 

CLEAR the attribute value:

 

 

Close and re-open the OneClick console and you should now see the "problem" Favorites cleared. You can now create New Favorites.
