ISSEC Command dumps core with 200+ PMDBS

Issue/Introduction

The “issec” command dumps core when the full complement of 200+ PMDBs is up and running. Once we shut down the PMDBs, the “issec” command works fine.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is in build 1622 (14.10.0.1622) and higher releases.
