ERROR: Can't connect on JCS from Connector Xpress with error LDAP: error code 80 - code 80(OTHER-NamingException): failed on search operation

Issue/Introduction

Cant connect to one of Windows Connector Servers using Connector Xpress because of Error after entering with password:

Error
javax.naming.NamingException: [LDAP: error code 80 - code 80(OTHER-NamingException): failed on search operation: dc=im,dc=etasa,java.lang.NullPointerException:];remaining name 'dc=im=dc=etasa'

 

Environment

Release : 14.3, 14.4

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Resolution

Repair the connector server trying reinstall over the existing installation did not resolve the issue

Deinstallation done of the Connector Server,
Reboot the Windows machine,
Install again
Now worked fine.

Additional Information

Checked the jcs_daily.log and servicemix.log but have same error than showing in ConnectorXpress.
