Problem on the Portal when adding "Masking Function" via "Configure" in "Data Masking"

Issue/Introduction

You are in the Test Data Manager Portal on your project. You go to Configure of Data Masking to identify the masking rules for each TAG. You have already identified all your masking rules. You need to add a WHERE CLAUSE on a masking rule. The tag (example : "No Profile") is identified on several fields so there is a + in front of the tag

This is the same masking rule for all fields.

I modify a rule on a field to add a WHERE CLAUSE with COPY FUNCTION.
When finished, instead of seeing this :

I see this which is correct:

I then do NEXT, NEXT, NEXT to go "Download" the configuration files.
 
Error !!!!
 
All the masking rules of the "No Profile" tag have all been changed to the rule I modified for only one field!

I have to put the right rule on the 47 fields that should not have been affected by the modification

How can this be fixed?
