Issue/Introduction

We are upgrading CA UIM version 9.02 to 20.3 while upgrading installation is stuck at 8 % in SQL_discovery_server_create 

Environment

UIM 20.3

Resolution

UIM up gradation time  index Optimization Job is running and also select query is  blocking from DB side. So need to involve the DBA team.
