Cause
Certificate pinning issue with one of the domains used by the MS Windows Store
SSL interception is automatically enabled for fe3cr.delivery.mp.microsoft.com and need to disable this
Resolution
Add an SSL inspection bypass entry for fe3cr.delivery.mp.microsoft.com
