Versions including Postgres db setup in one installer

Issue/Introduction

What versions include the database installation and setup for PostgreSQL?  Looking to have it set up a database automatically

Environment

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE One Installer

Resolution

PostgreSQL was not a supported database until 12.2.x; so it will not be available in the 12.0 or 12.1 One Installer. 

As a note, the one installer should not be used for production systems as it's not "production ready" even as of 12.3.x
