How to set agent metric clamps and similar in SaaS at tenant or universe level perhaps?

Are there hardcoded limits that can't be changed?

If they are hardcoded what are the default values?

Resolution

 

Requests to change clamp levels should be made by raising a support request.

The request will be evaluated based on the potential impact on tenant stability.

 

These are the default clamp values for SaaS:

 

Live metrics per agent = 25,000

Effective Live metrics for tenant = 5,000,000  ( 500,000 per EM instance with typical 10 EM instances per tenant. )

Effective Historical metric limit = 30,000,000 (3M per EM instance with typical 10 EM instances per tenant. )

Effective Agent connection limit = 15,000 (1500 per EM instance with typical 10 EM instances per tenant. )

Effective event limit = 12,500 (1250 per EM instance with typical 10 EM instances per tenant.  )

Effective traces per interval limit = 10000 (1000 per EM instance with typical 10 EM instances per tenant. )

Effective errors per interval limit = 100 (10 per EM instance with typical 10 EM instances per tenant. )
