NFA API: Patch Aggregates not working

Issue/Introduction

While using NFA 10.0.2+, you may notice if you use the Aggregations API PATCH method, that the changes never get deployed to the harvester.

Environment

Release : 10.0

Component : NQRPTA - REPORTERANALYZER

Cause

The edit aggregation API didn't update the 'UpdatedOn' column of agents_aggregate table.  (UpdatedOn>LastDeployed) is never satisfied and as a result, the changes are never pushed down to the harvester.

 

Resolution

We created a patch for NFA 10.0.5 PTF 2. Now during the edit aggregation, we are updating the 'UpdatedOn' column of agents_aggregate table. This will be released in the NetOps 21.2.3 release in late August.
