Issue/Introduction
Review of the dump shows the abend0C3 (S0C3) is in OPSMAIN code OPRXCMRU.
CNZS1XIT is a routine in WTO processing that passes control to subsystems that are looking for messages.
Systrace shows the abend occurred during processing of WTO.
OPS got control via a PC, routine OPPCSSRU, shortly after PGM 003 was encountered.
