Location Awareness - "ICMP request” Criteria type does not work for both IPv4 and IPv6

Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) Mac client does not switch to correct location when the client location awareness policy condition is set to ICMP Request (Ping) IP address.

Resolution

Symantec is aware of this issue and it is targeted to be fixed in SEP 14.3 RU5.
