Issue/Introduction

Management Center(MC) 3.1.x are display error "application communication failure" when run the commands

 

"# show version "

"# show clock"

 

Output: 

 

Error: application communication failure

 

Environment

Version 3.1.1.1
Component : "CLI"

Cause

This unexpected behavior is side effect MC bug MC-2150.

Resolution

Upgrade to MC 3.1.2.1 or later version has fix this unexpected behavior.

Workaround is restart that you can fix this unexpected state by restart MC.
