This article demonstrates how to make My Pages Dashboards and Reports accessible for other users in Automic Automation Intelligence WebUI

Resolution

To make a Panel accessible to other users, have 'Published' checked like demonstrated in the screenshot below:

Once Panel is published, 'Published Panel' can be copied when selecting a panel type:

Then the user can select it from the list of published panel:

or "Get Link" can be used and specific report can be shared with the users:

To publish Dashboards, have 'Published' checked when creating/editing the page:

So when the user goes to create a new page, they can copy from another user, and that is where published dashboards are accessible:
