Issue/Introduction

Alerts from CA Spectrum not Captured by  CA SOI.

We initially had the Disk Drive space issue and released 135 GB by deleting older SSDB and DDMDB files.

Component : SOI Manager

Resolution

After restarting the CA SOI Integration Services on the Spectrum connector server, alerts are now coming in to SOI.
