What messages to look for when running with INFOSTG Control C-CIC records in ACF2/CICS interface?
CA ACF2 CICS initialization options might also be defined using a new set of Infostorage database records which are maintained with standard CA ACF2 facilities such as the ACF command and the ISPF panels. These new records use a class of "C" for Control, and a type of "CIC" for CICS initialization options. 

During initialization processing, the CICS interface will report on the C-CIC record SYSID that is being used (from the CICSOPT field of the CICS address space Logonid), and the CICS interface will also report on each C-CIC record that is processed. This provides an audit trail of the CICS interface initialization options that were used.

Browse the JOBLOG of CICS started task and search for ACFAE312 message to check if C-CIC records are being processed as shown below:

ACFAE312 CICSOPT value SYSA will be used to select C-Cic initialization records for this CICS execution 
ACF79505 CIC INITIAL Start in progress for SYSID: SYSA

To determine specific C-CIC records that are being used, look at the ACF2LOG DD output for the ACFAE405 messages that identify the C-CIC records being used as shown below:

Issue list command for CICS region started task, look for CICSOPT(SYSID) specified under CICS section, it tells ACF2/CICS interface
to look at the infostorage database for C-CIC records.
