Cannot login using LDAP when using Kerberos

Issue/Introduction

Trying to use Kerberos for LDAP and the service account binds fine and the user is found, but when reconnecting to test the user when testing LDAP it fails with:

javax.security.auth.login.LoginException: client not found in Kerberos database (6)

Environment

Release : 3.7, 20.2

Component : CA Performance Center

Resolution

Use direct login rahther than a service account:

1) For Connection User use {0}
2) For Connection Password use {1}
3) Set User Bind to disabled
