What are the supported versions of PTC Implementer and 2E CM Change Management?

Issue/Introduction
The 2E Change Management (CM) product is a combination of 2E CM APIs and the Implementer product from 3rd party vendor PTC. The development cycles of the 2 products are not aligned so it is important to have a compatible set of supported releases for both products.

Additional Information
1. All Implementer releases from 10.3 and before were retired from Support April 2016.
2. All 2E 8.0 and 8.1 releases were retired from Support April 2010.
3. 2E release 8.5 was retired from Support November 2015.
4. 2E releases 8.6 and 8.7 are fully compatible with all Implementer 11.x releases.
