In the Identity Portal, the Target value is showing as "New" in My tracking, while assigning provisioning role to the Existing user

Issue/Introduction

Issue:

In the IP user console, when trying to view my request for provisioning role request, it is not showing target value

Summary:

In the My Requests Tracking page, when the customer is trying to verify, it is displaying as “New” for target value for the Provisioning role requests. For Modify, Enable, and Disable requests, it is showing the correct value under the Target Value section.

When checking the Tasks tab section, it is showing displaying target value but on My Requests Tracking page it is showing Target value as “New”.
