old java vulnerabilities remain post install to 20.2.1

Issue/Introduction

1 out of 3 vertica nodes does not have the correct version of java, causing a vulnerability scan to fail

DX NetOps Performance Management

Cause

installDR.bin was not run

Resolution

We only extract java when installDR.bin is run.  Run installDR.bin on the offending node and point to the correct directory and java will be updated
