Missing Key error on RA SFTP job

Issue/Introduction

Receiving the error:

The given key was not present in the dictionary.com.uc4.ftpjob.DataTransferException: Error during opening file /XXXX/XXXXX

When running a RA SFTP job to download a file.

Environment

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

RA SFTP

Windows 2016

Cause

This error is an indication of a key either not in the request or not matching. The dictionary is the collection object and the key is how to specify the value you want from that collection object - that collection object can contain multiple values. 

Resolution

This needs to be discussed with the owner of the external FTP site.
