Customizing the Survey URL for certain users

Issue/Introduction

Can I we use the code below in survey message templates, is there a way to customize the URL so some users are directed to port 8443 (Tomcat)?

Service Desk Manager (SDM) 17.3

Resolution

There is currently no supported way to customize the URL. Any survey URL changes affect ALL users and cannot be applied selectively>
