Issue/Introduction

Unable to start MOM after upgrading to 10.7.EM.log has below error

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : ENTERPRISE MANAGER

Resolution

Upgrade was not successful. To resolve, copy the missing jars from working environment of the same version. 

Jars can be compared from the path, product/enterprisemanager/plugins.
