We have issue with Alerts suppression,Actually we put CI's in suppression but yesterday we are continue received alerts from suppress CI.

Base on customer's SOI setting, when you put the CI in maintenance, UIM for that CI will still generate an alert because your SOI maintenance synchronization was disabled. In SOI, the CI in maintenance will receive the alert from UIM but will not impact the service including ticket creation until the CI comes out of maintenance.
