Health report shows red for NSA

Issue/Introduction

When we go to Administration - Health Report - Application

Under Application Instance(nsa) we can see CA Clarity PPM System Admin Server is showing with a red flag / error: 

This can happen after upgrade or migration, or just out of a sudden on a working environment

Component : CA PPM INTEGRATIONS & INSTALLATIONS

Resolution

This can happen if:

1. The NSA/CSA service is down for an environment
2. If the NSA/CSA setup is having a problem
