LDWH Incremental job not updating custom objects/attributes

Issue/Introduction

The incremental load data warehouse (LDWH / DWH) sometimes is not updating records as expected.

Environment

Component : CLARITY SAAS DATA WAREHOUSE

Cause

This can be due to doing unsupported direct database updates.

• The incremental load data warehouse job looks at the last_updated_date on the record.
• When doing direct database updates, the last_updated_date does not get updated.

Resolution

Use supported XOG or API functions to update records.
