A customer wants to prevent the foreground execution of packages. They only want packages to be executed in batch.

Resolution

Enable the C1DEFLTS parameter: PKGTSO=N, FOREGROUND PACKAGE EXEC (Y/N)

Package security (either approver or ESI) can only restrict who can execute the package.
