Issue/Introduction

Multiple users were receiving errors attempting to load both DEV and PROD urls. This is before they were prompted for their logins.

These users were working at home while Not connected to our company VPN. Users who were connected to VPN did not have the issue as well as users in the office.

However, other internal sites that rely on SSO still worked during this time. After about 20 minutes the users were able to log back into DEV and PROD again without needing to be on VPN anymore. Clarity Status page showed operational and no notices sent out.

Resolution

Check the DNS resolution with your network team.

Given the error message received by these users and the service was up and running, additionally other users can connect fine.
