Can you check what happened. I am having issues with prod and UAT. I get below screenshot and when I enter my OTP it gives me below screen:

har file trace showed an NTLM challenge.
Clarity does not use NTLM and could not possibly challenge the user like this
The size of the body received is smaller than the one declared on the response headers
Check with your local IT team on the Proxy logs and configuration
This is not a Clarity issue
