Receiving message RSV913E unable to locate RAI Server RAI0 Version V41100 when running TRACE IVP.

Issue/Introduction

Upgraded Smart/Jobstream to v12.1.2 and receiving message:

+RSV913E - Unable to locate RAI Server RAI0 Version V41100

This occurs when executing SJSINST menu option 2.3.4 - Verify Smart/TRACE Diagnostic facility.
The RAI Server was also upgraded to v4.4.3 at the same time.  All other IVPs have executed without any errors.

Resolution

This problem occurs where there is no RAI server task executing with server name RAI0 on the LPAR:
SNAME='SERVER(RAI0)'


This problem is resolved by PTF LU01874.
