Masking Support for ServiceNow cloud database, Kofax Document, and RPA document in Fast Data Masker (FDM)

Issue/Introduction

Are there any plugins for FDM masking, which supports ServiceNow, and Kofax document, and RPA document masking?

We currently don't support Service Now databases. A list of the supported data sources can be found at Supported Data Sources

Also, I'm not familiar with the Kofax document and RPA document. What format are these documents in? 

FDM does provide for Non-Relational Data Sources, which include:

• SQL files
• CSV files
• Fixed Definition files
• XML files
• Excel files
• HTML files
• TXT files
• VSAM/ISAM files
• JSON files
• Hadoop files

If the Kofax and RPA files fall outside any of these formats, then an enhancement request will be opened.

 

Additional Information

The Product Management team has agreed and created User Story US757718, which can be used to track the enhancement. 

Also, please note that this request has been placed in the backlog, to be reviewed for an undetermined future release of FDM. Therefore, there is not a priority set, nor an ETA of when this will be worked on.
