Issue/Introduction

In some filters of Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) Monitor Logs and Reports the "All" filter disappears from the drop-down list if another filter is already being used.

For example: running Compliance Logs, if Severity filter "Info and Above" it's selected, SEPM admin is no longer able to select "All" unless you go back and configure the log again. 

 

This does not happen for the "Severity" filter only, but it's related to other SEPM Logs/Monitors filters as well that have the "All" option available.

Example of SEPM "Computer Status" Log:

SEPM Admin can see the "All" filter available after selecting another one only for the fields marked in yellow, for the ones marked in red "All" is not an option any more. 

 

Resolution
