DB Operator Fails - Oracle Connection Problem

Issue/Introduction
DB operators connecting to oracle DB and sometimes gives an error: "Could not load database driver: oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver"
Environment
Release : 4.3
Component : Process Automation
Cause
Cache data folder needs to be cleared
Resolution
Clear the cache data folder following the below steps:
i. Stop the ITPAM services
ii. Backup the following folders located on <Install Path>/server/c2o/ directory and place them outside the PAM <Install Path>
- audit
- data
- scripts
- tmp
- work
-wrappers
N.B: Depending on the PAM version and upgrade path, some of these folders may not exist.
ii. Delete the above folders from the PAM <Install Path>
iii. Restart the ITPAM services
