Creating a new tab via CTRL-Click gets incorrect tab values

Issue/Introduction

When opening new tabs from the process assembly via ctrl-click, the tab information can become incorrect.

To reproduce:

1.) Open a new session
2.) Go to the process assembly
3.) Hold ctrl, open a workflow monitor
4.) The original tab name will become that of the new workflow monitor opened
5.) Go back to the original, open another workflow monitor
6.) The tab opened in step 3 gets the name of the tab in step 4

Cause

Caching within the AWI

Resolution

This has been resolved with the AWI component in 12.3.8.  Please note that updating the AWI component also requires an update to the automation engine, utility, and initialdata to the same
