Service Unavailable - error in SMP Console

Issue/Introduction

You are getting the following message while trying to load the SMP Console:

Service Unavailable - Notification Server Console

Environment

ITMS 8.x

Cause

• One of the Application pools is stopped
• IIS service is stopped 

Resolution

On SMP server, open IIS Manager, check application pools, and make sure all of them are Started:

Then Restart your IIS Service

Or run from the command prompt as Administrator "IISRESET" command.
