What are the best practices/recommendations for install/upgrade of VNA.

Resolution

During the installation and running of VNA it is advised to do one of the following as anti-virus software can cause issues with the installation process and database corruption of the VNA databases.

1. Disable anti virus software

2. Exclude the $VNA directory from scans

You do not need to disable the Spectrum/VNA integration for the upgrade.
