Computer endpoints are not showing up in Console when the endpoints are on a VPN

Cause
Configuration of the GSS console
Resolution
From the Console go to Tools > Global Tab
Select Synchronize display names with computer names and set the primary keys to Serial number, UUID, MAC address
restart the Altiris eXpress Server Service
