Issue/Introduction
The startSS.pl script is taking 3-4 minutes to run. Also, the fail over from the primary to the secondary seems to run slow.
Environment
Release : Spectrum running on Linux
Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER
Cause
Debug output showing an issue with hostname resolution for IPv6 addresses.
Resolution
This issue was resolved by using only the IPv4 addresses in the $SPECROOT/.hostrc files on the SpectroSERVER systems.
