Issue/Introduction
Seeing CI names as : Unknown for alerts in SOI
It takes over 45 minutes to create the CI.
Environment
Release : 4.2
Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager
Resolution
Problem was cause by Database performance.
Database contain data from SNMP and ConnectorAccelerator connectors that were not removed since this env went into production a few years ago.
Since those connectors don't synch with a domain manager, CIs are not automatically removed.
