ZMSSTART Abended with U4038

Issue/Introduction

ZMSSTART abended on startup during IPL.  It was restarted and increased region size to 0M but got the same abend.

Current Condition:
         CEE0198S The termination of a thread was signaled due to an unhandled condition. 
Original Condition:
         CEE3501S The module libjvm.so was not found.

Environment

Release :  Common Services r15.0 
Component : JAVA2Z

Cause

Entry point of    libjvm.so      was present on some systems in  
LIBPATH = /usr/lpp/java/J8.20{_64}/J8.0_64/bin/j9vm     but not in all 

Resolution

Added entry point   libjvm.so   to the suggested libpath
LIBPATH = /usr/lpp/java/J8.20{_64}/J8.0_64/bin/j9vm on all systems
