Issue/Introduction

There comes a situation where you want to move DLP agents to another environment such as moving some production agents to a separate test environment. The test environment consists of a separate Enforce and Endpoint Server(s). 

Environment

Release: 15.x 16.x

Component: DLP Endpoint Prevent

Cause

DLP agents are tied to the original Enforce Server and Endpoint Server environment based on the certificates bundled in the agent package.

Resolution

1. Create a new agent package from the destination Enforce console
2. Uninstall the existing agent
3. Install DLP using the new agent package
