Unable to download PII scan report in portal

Issue/Introduction

After creating data model, we ran data profiling for few tables and scan got completed succesfully. However, when we clicked on download report, its getting downloaded but getting error while trying to open.

 

Environment

Release : 4.9

Component : CA Test Data Manager - Others

Resolution

You are getting this issue in IE browser. When we use it in chrome browser, you are able to download the PII scan.

  We would suggest to use chrome browser to use the portal functionality. Some of the javascripts are causing issues in IE browser.
