Does this PTF have to be installed asap in a CA Datacom/AD MUF environment?

This PTF can be installed during your next normal maintenance window.  

Additional Information

CA Datacom/AD sites cannot run any CREATE TABLE statements so cannot add new data in system database , base 15.
