APPLY Datacom PTFs CSM product or release for FMID was not found in the software catalog

Issue/Introduction

Using CSM was able to receive all maintenance for Datacom r15.1.  However trying to Apply PTFs. getting the below errors

A product or release for FMID CAVEF10 CAVQF10 CAADF10 CABDF10 was not found in the software catalog.
The maintenance cannot be applied to the product.

For the following FMIDs, there are no hidden products in the software catalog: [CAADF10, CABDF10, CAVEF10, CAVQF10].
Click Update Complete Product List to update the product tree with the currently licensed products.
If you still cannot locate the product after updating the complete product list, verify that you are licensed to the product
and the product is supported on CA Support Online.
Then, restart the wizard.

Tried to run the "Update complete product list" but that fails too.

Resolution

When applying the PTFs select OFFLINE mode instead of the GROUP EXTEND option.
