How do you change the speed for a QoS component

Issue/Introduction

We are unable to change the speed for a QoS component.  If we right-click the component, the edit option does not work.

Environment

All supported Performance Management releases

Cause

The speeds are determined by a large and complex MVEL expression.

Resolution

It's not possible to override the QoS speeds in Performance Management.  Any changes need to be accomplished on the device end which will be pulled into Performance Management via polling.
