Issue/Introduction

I have a Springboot application using Tomcat and Java 1.8. 

What is the highest agent version that can monitor this? And where can I get this agent? 

This is a 10.7. on premise install of CA Application Performance Management.

With a previous version it was necessary to take some special steps to enable springboot monitoring but I read that this is not necessary anymore. I tried a regular 20.4 agent but it doesn't work.

Wily agent doesn't start up, no Wily logs, nothing in the bootstrapagent.log - just some messages in the application log
