Issue/Introduction

Testing new Service Now version for ticket creation with our DEV SOI instance. Ticket creation is failing with Create Ticket Error. Status=Failed.

From reviewing the Orchestrator log from ITPAM, it looks like there's a problem inserting info in the Incident table.

We saw an access denied error.

Service Now team corrected the permission problem.
