Spectrum events in SOI are not properly formatted NullPointerException

Issue/Introduction

Error getting probable cause text for 0x676000d

Error formatting event 0x676000djava.lang.NullPointerException

 

In the Spectrum log, we found this type of errors...

javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target at sun.security.ssl.Alerts.getSSLException(Alerts.java:192)

Cause

Spectrum OneClick has new SSL cert. 

Resolution

Imported the new cert for the Spectrum OneClick to the keystore file use by the Spectrum connector and restarted the Spectrum connector, now it's working.

The location and filename of the keystore use by Spectrum connector are in the \SOI\resources\Configurations\spectrumim_xxxxxxxxxxxx_xxxxxxxxxxx.xml
