UIM spectrumgtw not syncing alarms with SPECTRUM

Issue/Introduction

No new UIM alerts are being initiated into the Spectrum Console after there was a new patch installed on the SPECTRUM side. We saw following log in the alarm.log from the spectgrumgtw folder (log level trace):

"Create-event has no Model Handles, filling UIM Event Admin model handle"

"Event creation failed for target 0x0"

Environment

Release : 20.2, 21.2.x, 22.2.x
Component : UIM - SPECTRUMGTW

Cause

The Spectrum new patch install set the NimsoftAdminMh value (the model_handle value for the UIMEventAmin model) to 0x0. 

Resolution

After adding the proper NimsoftAdminMh hex value on SPECTRUM, new UIM spectrumgtw alarms are synced.

On SPECTRUM, Under the Landscape
    there is a 'UIM Manager' model (select this)
On the right side under 'Component Details'
   select the 'Attributes' Tab
Look for the attribute NimsoftAdminMh

This should have the model_handle value for the UIMEventAmin model but in decimal. Convert this number into hex and then paste for the model_handle:
