When creating monthly booklets on business activities, the reports over time appear to disagree. One month shows 100% uptime, while a subsequent booklet on the same time shows there was some downtime after all.

The downtime event did not arrive until after the initial booklet's calculation - these reports can only work from the information they have at the time. If data is incomplete, then it will appear to change later. For example, if a backdated downtime event appears in the database used by the Adapter for event collection.
